The bedrooms consist of a super-king-size and a king-size, both zip/link, with a bathroom with a separate cloakroom. Outside there is an enclosed rear courtyard with bistro furniture, and a public car park. You'll find a shop in 0.3 miles, a pub in 0.1 miles, and the beach in 0.2 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. This is a pet-free and smoke-free property. Walter is well-positioned to explore the Cornish coastline. Note: Guests can purchase a weeklong ticket to park at all Penwith district car parks. Note: The internal stairs are steep. Note: The property is accessed by a steep public footpath, which may not be suitable for those with limited mobility.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
