Belmont is a stunning, detached holiday home nestled in Newlyn, Cornwall and can sleep eight people in four bedrooms.  The living areas in the property consist of a kitchen/diner with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, dining seating for 8 and a utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer. There is a sitting room hosting a TV and woodburning stove, as well as a snug with a TV. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with an en-suite, two doubles and a twin bedroom, along with a bathroom, shower room and cloakroom. Outside, there is an enclosed garden with tiers and furniture, as well as a designated parking space for 1 car. WiFi, fuel power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Sorry, no pets and no smoking allowed. Within 0.1 miles there is a shop and pub and within 0.6 miles, a beach. Whisk your loved ones to Belmont for a beautiful setting. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
