This detached cottage is situated in the north Cornish hamlet of Morwenstow and can sleep six people in three bedrooms. Salty Cottage is a smart, stylish detached holiday home a mile from Morwenstow’s award-winning tearooms and good food pub. The house sleeps six people in three bedrooms, two king size doubles (one with en suite bathroom), a twin and a shower room. On the ground floor is a kitchen and an open plan sitting room with wood burning stove and dining area, utility room and cloakroom. Outside a large, enclosed lawned garden and off road parking for two cars. Salty Cottage is a splendid place for families to relax, unwind, find great surfing coves or just walk to the fine village local. This property allows three dogs, second and third dog have an additional charge of £30/dog.

Central heating, underfloor heating with wood burning stove. Microwave, fridge-freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with DVD, WiFi, Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair available on request. Off road parking for two cars. Enclosed garden. Four well-behaved dogs welcome - supplement charges apply. Sorry no smoking.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
