This 19th century cottage rests in Mevagissey, Cornwall and can sleep eight people in four bedrooms. Pirate's Pad is a character, three-storey property in the village of Mevagissey in Cornwall. There are four bedrooms; a super-king-size (zip/link), a king-size with en-suite shower room and two second-floor twins, one of which is zip/link and can be made into a super-king-size double, together sleeping eight. The property also has a family bathroom with corner bath and walk-in shower, a kitchen and a living/dining room with a woodburning stove. Outside, there is a courtyard rear garden with furniture and a parking space in the Willow Car Park, 300m from the house. Pirate's Pad is a fabulous family-friendly property on Cornwall's south coast.

Note: Due to the age of the property, head height in the stairwell up to the top floor is restricted in places; however bedroom ceiling height is 1.88m / 6ft2”. Note: This property doesn't accept bookings starting on a Sunday.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
