Summerleaze 11 is a stylish, single-storey lodge resting in Bude, Cornwall and can sleep six people in three bedrooms.  The living areas in the property consist of an open-plan living space with a kitchen with gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, dining seating for four and a sitting area with Smart TV and gas fire. The bedrooms consist of a double with en-suite WC and two twin bedrooms, along with a shower room. Outside there is a decked terrace with seating and off-road parking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Sorry no smoking and no pets allowed. Within 0.9 miles there is a shop and beach and within 0.1 miles, a pub. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
