There are onsite facilities including an indoor plunge pool, tennis courts and childrens outdoor play area. The bungalow sleeps four people in two bedrooms. The open plan living area with kitchen and sitting area leads to the conservatory/dining room, opening to the patio garden with garden furniture, BBQ and beyond is the shared lawn and gardens. There is off road allocated parking for one car. Located one mile from the closest beach at Swanpool, and a short drive of Falmouth resort attractions, Tre Pol Pen makes an ideal break away. Note: Two well-behaved dogs are allowed, there is a charge of £15/pet/week. Note: Sorry, no sign written vans or commercial vehicles are permitted at Pendra Loweth, Village of Gardens resort. Note: Bookings for any other reason than holiday/leisure are not permitted on this site. This property cannot be used as private accommodation for work or business trips

Off-road allocated parking for 1 car plus visitors parking. Open patio area with garden furniture, BBQ and shared lawn garden. Up to two pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 1 mile. Beach 1 mile. Note: On-site facilities have seasonal opening times. Note: The shared splash/plunge pool is approximately 3 metres on either side with a 1.4 metre depth.It has a maximum capacity of 4 people at any one time. Note: Car charging points are available outside of the office next to the disabled car parking bay

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
