With accommodation for six in three bedrooms, two doubles and one twin. The interior has an essence of smart Parisian, relaxed and contemporary. The patio overlooking the stream, which runs through the village is a lovely feature and the open plan easy living ground floor is ideal for families to get together and catch up on the day’s activities. The resort has a splash pool with jacuzzi, gym (not available until Easter 2021), children’s play area and all weather tennis courts, something for everyone. The resort is set within award-winning gardens and is just a short walk from Falmouth’s best beaches, Maenporth and Swanpool are just 1 mile away, Gyllyngvase and Helford Passage only a few miles further on in either direction. Falmouth is steeped in nautical history, the National Maritime Museum is a fascinating visit or meander through the narrow streets where an array of shops, restaurants and bars can be discovered, alternatively hop on one of the ferries which run from the pier to St Mawes or Helford River – there is always plenty to do. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
