Bathroom with bath, shower over bath, hand-held shower, basin, heated towel rail, and WC. Cloakroom with basin and WC. Open-plan living space with kitchen, breakfast bar, and sitting area with wood-burner, starter kit to be provided.

Harvey's House in Lowertown near Helston, sleeps six people in three bedrooms. Harvey's House consists of a kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, and washing machine, a dining room with breakfast bar seating for three, and a sitting room with electric fire. The bedrooms consist of a ground-floor king-size, a ground-floor double, and another double upstairs. There is a bathroom with bath, hand-held shower, walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail, and a WC and cloakroom with basin and WC. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is an enclosed rear garden with lawn, decking, picnic bench, hot tub, and off-road parking for three cars, plus EV charging available. Please note that this is a no pet and smoke-free property. Guests can find a shop within 1.9 miles and a pub within 2.1 miles. All of this awaits at Harvey's House.

Off-road parking for 3 cars. Rear 1 acre garden with lawn, woodland, gravel area, picnic bench, and hot tub (hot tub is wood fired, starter pack to be provided). No smoking and no pets. Shop 1.9 miles, pub 2.1 miles. Property is situated in a wooded valley, off a bridleway. Note: The river Cober runs past the garden on the other side of the granite hedge. Note: The elevated bed is not suitable for those with limited mobility or children under the age of 10 as you have to go up a small, narrow spiral stair case to get to it. This bed also has low ceiling as in the eaves 110cm at the head end down to 25cm at the foot end, see photos. There is a sofa bed on the ground level in this room for flexible sleeping arrangements, dimensions of sofa bed 170 length x125cm width, this could be used as the 3rd bed if the elevated bed was not suitable - see photos.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
