The Old Coastguard Lookout rests in Port Isaac and sleeps six guests.  This holiday home has three bedrooms including a super-king-size zip/link with en-suite bathroom, a super-king-size with en-suite shower room, and a twin along with a shower room and a cloakroom. There’s also an open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with a Juliet balcony and a utility. Appliances include an electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher, and for entertainment there is a selection of books and games. Fuel and power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent except the EV charger. Outside there is off-road parking for three cars and an enclosed front garden with lawn, patio and sunken seating area. Two well-behaved pets are welcome, however smoking is not allowed. You can find a shop in 0.1 miles, and a pub and beach in 0.2 miles. The Old Coastguard Lookout is a stunning property for a memorable Cornish break.

Note: There is no 'welcome pack' of milk, coffee, tea etc, as this is not to everyone's taste so it can be wasteful which we do not want to encourage. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
