Mino Cottage is a remarkable holiday home resting in Port Isaac, Conrwall and can sleep four people in two bedrooms.  Hosting two bedrooms, comprising of a king-size with a TV and en-suite basin and WC as well as a twin, along with a bathroom, this property can sleep up to four guests. There is also a kitchen/diner and a sitting room with a woodburning stove. The kitchen is equipped with all of the necessities, including an electric oven and hob, a microwave, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, fridge/freezer, wine cooler, washer/dryer and dishwasher. For entertainment purposes, there is a Smart TV and WiFi. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rental price. Outside there is off-road parking for one car and a multi-level rear garden with terrace, lawn, gravelled area, furniture and outdoor kitchen area with barbeque, all of which can be accessed via a doorway in the king-size bedroom. Apologies, but this property does not permit pets or smoking. This property is available to check-in from 4:30pm whilst check-out is at 9am on the day of departure. For your local conveniences, there is a shop within 0.2 miles, a pub within 0.1 mile and a beach within 0.5 miles. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
