South Boduel Farmhouse is a fantastic detached farmhouse resting in Moorswater in Cornwall and can sleep ten people in five bedrooms. There are five bedrooms. A super-king-size room with en-suite walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail, and WC, a ground-floor king-size room with wood burning stove, a king-size room, a double room and a twin room. The family bathroom features a corner bath, a basin, a heated towel rail, a bidet, and a WC. Cloakroom with WC and basin. Kitchen/diner. There is a utility which houses a washing machine and tumble dryer. There is a dining room. The living room has a wood burning stove. Central heating is provided by oil, and there are two wood burning stoves. The kitchen hosts an oven and hob, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, dryer, and a dishwasher. WiFi and TV. Fuel, electricity, and a starter kit for a wood burning stove are included in the rent. Bed linen and towels are included in the rent. There is a highchair, a travel cot, and a stairgate available. Three cars can be parked off-road. The front garden has gravel, a patio, and furniture, while the back garden has gravel, a lawn, furniture, and a barbecue. Sorry, no smoking allowed. The nearest shop is 1.5 miles away, and the nearest pub is 1.7 miles away. Please keep in mind when booking that this property is next to a working farm. Please keep in mind that the garden has steep slate steps leading up to the terrace garden, which do not have a handrail. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
