Manacles in Mawnan Smith, Cornwall can sleep four people in two bedrooms.  The open-plan living space includes an electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, TV with Freeview and dining seating. There are two double bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms. To the outside is ample off-road parking and a patio with bench. WiFi, fuel (logs for wood burner not included), power, bed linen and towels are included in rent. This property accepts one pet, additional pets by prior arrangement with the owner but it does not accept smoking. Within 0.5 miles there is a shop and within 1.8 miles, a pub. Mancles is a charming escape to this beautiful region of Cornwall. Note: Outdoor swimming pool open from the start of April to the end of September, daily opening hours apply - Lifeguard cover is not provided and all children to be supervised by a parent or adult over the age of 18. Note: EV charging points are supplied by Monta and guests will need to download the Monta app to their phones to pay for this using the QR code attached to the EV charging point (These are shared communal EV charging stations). Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
