This detached three-storey cottage rests in Cornwall and can sleep six people in three bedrooms. Valley Cottage is a detached cottage resting on the outskirts of Gulval in the Kenegie Manor Holiday Park in Cornwall. There are three bedrooms in the property including a second-floor double with en-suite shower room, a twin and a bunk room, sleeping a total of six people and serviced by a bathroom with shower over. On the ground-floor there is an open-plan living space holding a kitchen, dining area and sitting area. At the front of the cottage is a lawned area and a terrace balcony with furniture, as well as ample off-road parking, Valley Cottage is a charming cottage, perfect for families to explore all of the excitement of Cornwall.

Fuel and power inc. in rent - this excludes for use of electric car charging due to no official charge point being available. Bed linen inc. in rent (Please bring your own towels). Ample off-road parking. Lawned garden and terrace balcony with furniture. No smoking. This property accepts 2 well behaved dogs. The property is 2 miles from a sandy beach and 1.5 miles from the sea. Shop and pub on-site. Note: there is no electric car charge facility on this site, the nearest charge points are about 1 mile away. Note: The on-site facilities such as the swimming pool, hot tub and sauna are available and guests need to pay directly to the site. The facilities are open between mid-February and September. Note: Please provide your own beach towels. Note: No stag or hen parties.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
