Saltwater rests in Gulval, Cornwall and can sleep four people in two bedrooms. Saltwater, a single-storey cottage, consists of a kitchen/diner with electric oven and hob, microwave, and fridge/freezer, dining table for four, a utility with shared washing machine and tumble dryer, and a living/dining room with electric wood-burning-effect fire, 32-inch TV with Roku, and DVD player. The bedrooms consist of a double and twin. There is a shower room with walk-in shower, basin, and WC. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is a front patio with a picnic bench and private, off-road parking for one car. One well-behaved pet is welcome. Sorry, no smoking. You can find a shop within 1 mile and a pub on-site. Saltwater is a wonderful escape to Cornwall, whatever time of year. Note: On-site facilities are available including an indoor heated pool, sauna, tennis, laundrette, toddler's play area, and The Old Forge bar and restaurant (available mid-Feb to end of Oct).

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
