The Barn Cottage is a mid-terrace holiday home in Gulval, in Cornwall and can sleep 10 people in four bedrooms.  The open-plan living space comprises of a kitchen with an electric oven and hob, kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher, a dining area with seating for eight and a sitting area with a TV and a flame-effect electric fire. The bedrooms consist of a double with TV and en-suite shower room, a twin with TV, a ground-floor twin and a second-floor family room with a double and two singles and TV. There is a bathroom with roll-top bath and walk-in. Outside, there is off-road parking for two cars and a rear garden with a shared lawn and a private patio with furniture and barbecue. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rental price. Two well-behaved pets are welcome, however, smoking is not permitted. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
