The Milking Parlour in Highampton, Devon and can sleep four in two bedrooms. The Milking Parlour is a Grade II Listed building, resting in High Hampton near the village of Sheepwash in Devon. There are two ground-floor bedrooms in the property, consisting of a king-size and a twin, both with Freeview TVs and DVD players. There is also a ground-floor wet room, kitchen housing an electric double oven and induction hob, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, a utility with washing machine, a conservatory/breakfast area and a first-floor living/dining room with woodburning stove. Outside is off-road parking for four cars and a patio with furniture and a gas barbecue. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in rent. This is a pet-free and non-smoking property. The Milking Parlour is the perfect, historic property for a family escape to the countryside of Devon. Note: This is a farm with livestock, lake, ponds and ditches. Note: There are 10 steps from the car park and up to the property, please take care.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
