Pencarrow, near St Breward, Cornwall, sleeps seven guests in four bedrooms.  The living areas in the property consist of an open-plan living area with a kitchen with an electric oven, electric hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, dining seating for seven people, a sitting room with a Smart TV and woodburning stove. The bedrooms consist of a ground-floor king-size zip-link (can be set up as a twin on request), a first-floor king-size with cot and en-suite with walk-in shower, basin and WC, a ground-floor twin, and a ground-floor single along with a bathroom. Outside there is an enclosed decking with furniture and non-enclosed communal lawn and children’s play area and off-road parking for one car. Within 1.1 miles, you will find a shop, and within 1.5, a pub, and please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Note: This property includes an indoor BBQ, spacious gym, children’s playroom (pool and table tennis, small children’s area) and outdoor children’s play area, laundry room.

Note: Use of the log burner and unlimited logs during your stay is charged at £30 per week. Note: Electric car charging is available at a charge of £100 per week.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
