The Rum House near St Keverne, Cornwall, sleeps four guests in two bedrooms. This single-storey barn conversion has two bedrooms including a king-size with an en-suite bathroom and a zip/link super-king (can be twin beds on request) with an en-suite shower room, along with an open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with electric fire. Appliances include an electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher, and for entertainment there is a Smart TV, WiFi, and a sound system. Outside, there is off-road private parking with EV charging point (separate charge payable to the owner for EV charging), and a rear garden with a patio, barbecue and furniture. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome (with a charge of £25 for the 2nd dog).. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. Sorry, this is a smoke-free property. You can find a shop in 2.1 miles and a pub and beach in 1.4 miles. Note: Though the garden is enclosed, the walls are low so pets need to be supervised, and there are steps throughout the property, please take care. The Rum House is a gorgeous holiday home for an escape to Cornwall. Note: Property can be booked with Refs.1059423 together they can sleep six people.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
