A superb holiday home with pleasing sea views, lies in the seaside village of Polzeath, North Cornwall. Sleeps eight guests in four bedrooms.
Oil central heating, electric fires and open fire. Freestanding electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher. Smart TV with freeview and netflix, DVD player, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels not inc. in rent. Private parking for 2-3 cars. Large lawned garden with garden furniture and charcoal BBQ. Two pets only and no smoking. Note: There is an active building work project happening below the property until easter 25' (scheduled), the works are carried out Mon-Fri but with bedrooms being at the back of Windyhill, sleeping should not be impacted, the contractors have been respectful of the parking area below the property and are aware that Windyhill is a holiday home so they do their upmost to limit any noise etc.
Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
