Night storage heating. Freestanding electric oven with ceramic hob, fridge with icebox, microwave, washer/dryer,TV, DVD and video players, radio, WiFi and telephone (on honesty). Electric and heating inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels (plus beach) inc. in rent. Sorry, no pets or smoking permitted. Local shop three min walk, bar two min walk and beach direct access. One reserved parking space at Higher Tristram car park (Car registration needs to be sent to John Bray Cornish Holidays at least 7 days prior to your stay). Note; Coppingers Cottage is a charming but classic smaller Cornish cottage and we have made the rental price reflective of that
