Please Note: The shared swim spa on site, will be available for bookings between April 2024 and October 2024 from 10am – 9pm daily, it is not currently available. The living areas in the property consist of an open-plan living area with a kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, dining seating for six people, and a sitting area with TV with Freeview, DVD player and an electric fire. The bedrooms consist of two doubles with en-suite shower room, one of which can be found on the ground floor, and a twin with en-suite bathroom. Outside, there is a shared courtyard with furniture and off-road parking for two cars. Within 1 mile, you will find a shop and a pub, and please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Cot and highchair available. Note: Super-fast fibre broadband and 5G available. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
