Please Note: The shared swim spa on site, will be available for bookings between April 2024 and October 2024 from 10am – 9pm daily, it is not currently available. The living areas in the property consist of an open-plan living area with a kitchen with Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dining seating for four people, a sitting room with TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs, and a sunroom. The bedrooms consist of a ground-floor double and a twin, along with a ground-floor shower room. Outside, there is a shared courtyard with furniture and shared use of enclosed swim spa (2m wide, 4m long and 1.2m deep), as well as off-road parking for two cars. Within 1 mile, you will find a shop and a pub, and please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Note: Sloping ceiling in twin room. Note: This property has a galleried landing, children to be supervised at all times. Note: Check-in from 5pm, check-out by 10am. Escape to Cornwall with a stay at Dovecote. Note: There is a shared swim spa on site, which is available for bookings between April and October 2024 from 10am – 9pm daily. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
