Zephyr near Gweek, Cornwall, sleeps six guests in three bedrooms. The living areas in this property consist of an open-plan kitchen, dining area and sitting area with an electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, wine chiller, and a Smart TV, a utility with washing machine, a cloakroom, and a first-floor snug with Smart TV. The bedrooms are on the ground-floor and consist of a king-size with en-suite, a double, and a twin (zip/link) with a ground-floor bathroom. Outside there is a front lawn, a rear multi-level garden with lawn, patio, furniture, and a shed, and a private driveway with an EV charging point (£6/day or £40/week). This is a pet-free and smoke-free property. You'll find a shop in 1.8 miles and a pub in 1.6 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Highchair and travel cot available, stairgate installed to both top and bottom of the stairs. Zephyr is a wonderful base for a family break to Cornwall. Note: The property is located near to Culdrose airfield, there may be associated noise (occasional/rare, low-level noise).

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
