This detached former chapel is situated next to the owner's farmhouse on the fringes of Callington, and can sleep two people in one bedroom. Frogwell Chapel is a stone-built, detached cottage dating back to 1864, in the quiet hamlet of Frogmore, near Callington. It boasts a king-size bedroom with a TV, sleeping two guests. Inside there is also a bathroom and an open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with electric fire. To the exterior there is ample off-road parking and a private enclosed decked area with furniture and Weber gas barbecue. Frogwell Chapel offers guests a rejuvenating break in a wonderful region of Cornwall. Please note : The drive to the property is steep, the owner would suggest reversing. Note: There is a narrow path leading to the front door. Note : There are steps leading up to the bedroom. Note : This property does not accept infants

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
