The Water House is a stunning, mid-terrace, three-storey house resting in Falmouth, Cornwall and can sleep eight people in four bedrooms. The living areas in the three-storey property include a kitchen equipped with a gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge and dishwasher, a first-floor utility with a fridge/freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer, a dining room with seating for eight people, a sitting room with a Smart TV, selection of books and games, and a woodburning stove, and a first-floor snug with a Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of a super-king zip/link, a second-floor double with study area and en-suite shower room, a ground-floor double zip/link, and a twin zip/link, along with a bathroom, ground-floor shower room and a cloakroom. Outside, there is an enclosed, multi-level garden with lawn, patio, furniture, outdoor shower and a barbecue, and off-road parking for two cars. Within 0.1 miles, you will find a shop, within 0.2, a pub, and within 1.8, a beach. Please note that this is a pet-free and non-smoking property. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
