The bedrooms consist of a king-size with en-suite shower and a triple bunk, along with a bathroom. Outside, there is an underground car parking space for one car height restriction 7'6". Within 0.1 miles, you will find a shop and pub, and please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Pets are not permitted. Note: The property sleeps four comfortably, however there can be five including children. Note: Check-in from 4pm, check-out by 11am. Note: Parking is suitable for a small or medium sized vehicle such as a Ford Focus, it is not suitable for wide or high vehicles such as SUVs, Contact Owner for information and alternative options. There is a door on the upper level of the car park opposite the space which leads to the steps up to Port View. Note: Even though the property is all on one level, there are some steps down to the property to the garage and steps up from the property to the main road. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
