Zawn Haven consists of an open-plan living space with an AGA oven and hob, microwave, fridge, dining space for ten, sitting area with TV, and a snug. The bedrooms consist of a first-floor double, a second-floor double, a second-floor double with en-suite bathroom, a second-floor double with en-suite walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC, and a third-floor king-size, serviced by a first-floor and second-floor bathroom. Enclosed balcony with seating. Roadside parking and public car park available. Within 02 miles or less you will find a shop and a pub, and please note this is a smoke-free and pet-free property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels included in the rent. Escape to Cornwall with a stay at Zawn Haven. There are several payable car parks within a few minutes walk should you require more parking. Property is next to a pub, associated noise may be heard. No hen, stags or similar parties.There are steps up to the property. The property has a minimum 3 night stay

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
