Second floor - Kitchen/diner with electric oven, induction hob, microwave, instant boiling water tap, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher. Third floor - Lounge with TV and iPod docking station. Fourth floor - Observation Deck with bar area and wine chiller

The Observatory Tower in Falmouth, Cornwall sleeps four guests in two bedrooms. The Observatory Tower, a reverse-level property, consists of a second-floor kitchen/diner with single electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, dining table seating four, a fourth-floor Observation Deck with small fridge, seating for four and 360-degree views, a utility with a washer/dryer and a third-floor sitting room with TV and iPod docking station. The bedrooms consist of a ground-floor double with en-suite shower room and a double with en-suite bathroom. Outside, there is an enclosed rear courtyard with bike storage and roadside parking available. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Within 0.2 miles you will find a pub, 0.3 miles a shop, and 0.7 miles a beach and coast. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Enjoy the 360 view at The Observatory Tower. Note: This property is not suitable for children under 12 years old due to the open-plan nature of this five-storey home. NOTE: For parties of only two people, please let the owners know a few days before your stay. If you would like the pull down double bed in the first floor Sitting room /bedroom made up for your stay. Otherwise, only the bed in the Ground Floor double bedroom will be made up.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
