It has three bedrooms: one ground floor double, one ground floor adult bunk room and one 4' double. There is a ground floor family bathroom and WC. On the lower ground floor is an open-plan living room with a fitted kitchen and dining area. Outside has a sandstone patio area with furniture. Two Tides Cottage is the perfect coastal property for family holidays.

Central heating, electric woodburner. Electric oven, gas hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, washing machine. TV, DVD player, iPod dock, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVD's. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Roadside parking on a first come first served basis. Sandstone patio area with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shops and pubs 5 mins walk. Beach 9 mins walk. Note: Access to the cottage is via a Steep pathway down from the nearest street, and this might therefore be unsuitable for those with limited mobility. Note: The quickest route into the centre of Looe is via a flight of 86 steps. Note: If you are visiting between 30 September and 1st May, it is permissible to park on the double-yellow lines on Barbican Hill. Note: Roadside parking available 4 mins walk away and pay and display car parks available in the town. Note: The property is accessed by the first floor and the bedrooms and bathroom are on the first floor, with the living area and kitchen downstairs on the ground floor.

Note:This property does not accept short breaks.
