Hosting one king-size bedroom along with an en-suite shower room, this property can sleep up to two guests. On the ground floor there is an open-plan living space which includes the kitchen, dining area and a sitting area. Ensure you have a relaxing base to return to with The Boat House as your coastal home-from-home.
Electric central heating. Electric oven and hob, fridge with ice box, microwave, washer/dryer, 2 x Smart TVs (downstairs TV has a DVD player), selection of books, games and DVDs, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub within 1 minute walk. Beach is only a 3 minute walk away. Note: Pay and Display car parking available within 5-10 minutes walk of the property. Note: There is a spiral staircase at the property so care must be taken & it is not suitable for guests with limited mobility.
Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
