Hoppers Barn near Holsworthy, Devon, sleeps six guests in three bedrooms. This holiday home hosts three bedrooms with TVs on the ground floor including a king-size with en-suite shower room, a twin which can be a super-king-size on request with zip/link, and another twin, along with a bathroom. On the first floor there is an open-plan living space with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area with a woodburning stove, and a mezzanine snug resting over the sitting area. Appliances include, an electric oven, induction hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher. And for entertainment there is a Smart TV and WiFi. Two well-behaved pets are welcome, with a charge for the second pet. Outside, there is a garden with a lawn, patio and seating, as well as off-road parking for two cars. Hoppers Barn is a fabulous rural retreat with a stylish interior, perfect for a stay in this diverse part of the region. Note: Check-in from 4pm and check-out by 10am. Note: There is a EV charging point available for overnight use (after 7pm), free of charge.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
