The bedrooms consist of a king-size with TV and en-suite, and a twin, along with a bathroom with hairdryer. Outside there is a garden with lawn and decking, furniture, and a hot tub, along with off-road parking for one car. EV charging point. This is a smoke-free property. You'll find a shop in 0.3 miles and a pub in 0.4 miles. Travel cot (no mattress) and highchair available on request. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. 12 Horizon View is a fabulous abode, well-positioned to explore the best of Cornwall. Note: Check-in from 4pm, check-out by 10am. Note: Barbecues are not to be brought to the site. Note: Pets to be kept on a lead at all times on site. Please note that the lodge is dog friendly, allowing to have your doggy guests, however on this particular lodge, the decking is not dog ‘safe’, so please accompany your dog at all times. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
