Fern Cottage in St. Day, Cornwall, sleeps four guests in two bedrooms.  The living areas in this reverse-level property consist of a first-floor open-plan kitchen, dining area, and sitting area with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, TV, selection of books, games, and DVDs, and a Juliet balcony, a utility with washing machine, dishwasher, and fridge, and a conservatory. The bedrooms are on the ground floor and consist of a king-size and a double, both with TVs, along with a ground-floor shower room. Outside there is an enclosed rear garden with lawn, sheltered patio, furniture, and a barbecue, and off-road parking for two cars. Two well-behaved dogs welcomed at a supplement, but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. You'll find a shop in 0.1 miles, and a pub in 0.2 miles. Fern Cottage is a wonderful base for exploring the delights of Cornwall. Note: The appliances in the utility room are operated by a one-pound coin meter. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
