Originally a Methodist Chapel, the spacious accommodation is laid out over two floors, including a Minstrels Gallery over the living room which gives access to the three bedrooms. Rosemaddon's owner is a keen supporter of local artists and evidence of this can be seen around the cottage. To the rear of the property is a fully enclosed garden with patio and a large table and chairs, easily accessible from the dining area. A couple of steps up is a paved level where access is gained to a shed for storage of boards and the like. With it's ideal location, Rosemaddon is just a short walk away from Crantock's attractions and shops. Also within short walking distance you will also be able to find Crantock Beach, a popular destination for dog walkers, surfers and those just looking to enjoy down time. If you're looking to explore the rest of Cornwall, Rosemaddon is also a great hub for guests, with easy access to surrounding villages and attractions near Crantock. The property allows access for two vehicles to be parked. The property also boasts a private enclosed patio garden, which is a great place to let your dogs roam without the concern of them escaping.
