This holiday home sleeps ten people and has five bedrooms, consisting of two super king-size doubles with en-suite shower, a super king-size double, a double and a single, along with a family bathroom. The property also has a kitchen, a dining room, a sitting room with woodburner, and a conservatory. Outside there's off road parking for three cars, a front and side enclosed lawned garden with terrace, patio, hot tub and barbecue and shared use of 15-acres of grounds. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels included in the rent. Two well-behaved pets allowed, sorry no smoking. Five Elements Farmhouse is an excellent Cornish base.

Eco central heating with woodburner. Gas Falcon range cooker with electric double oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge, 2 x freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher. Smart TV with Freeview, DVD, selection of books, games and DVDs, WiFi, . Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent, please bring own beach towels. Cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for 3 cars. Front and side enclosed lawned garden with terrace, patio, hot tub and BBQ, plus shared use of 15-acres of grounds with walking areas. Two well-behaved dogs welcome, downstairs only. Sorry, no smoking. Shop, pub and beach 2.5 miles. Note: Stream in grounds, children to be supervised and pets to be kept on leads at all times. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
