Potters Barn near Helston, Cornwall, sleeps four in two bedrooms. Potters Barn is set out in a reverse-level style with an open-plan living space on the first-floor. Appliances include an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine and Smart TV. The bedrooms include a king-size with en-suite shower and a twin (zip/link). To the outside is off-road parking for two cars and a lawned garden patio with furniture. Please note, two pets are allowed but there is no smoking. Within 2.7 miles there is a shop and pub. Travel cot, highchair, stairgate, WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are all included in the rent. Escape to Potters Barn for a wonderful stay in Cornwall.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
