Central heating with wood burning stove. Microwave, fridge-freezer, tumble dryer, washing machine, dishwasher, Smart TV with DVD, WiFi, Phone. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Parking is available in a public car park nearby (there is a generous space for unloading opposite the house, adjacent to the sea wall). Enclosed garden. Up to two well-behaved dogs welcome, there is an additional charge for each dog. Sorry no smoking. Pub less than 1 mile from property. Note: This property is best for a maximum of 8 adults. Note: Dogs are permitted in kitchen/courtyard area only.
