Apartment 2, Monowai in Carbis Bay, Cornwall, sleeps four in two bedrooms.  The living areas in this ground-floor apartment consist of an open-plan kitchen, dining area and sitting area with a double electric oven, electric hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, Smart TV, and electric fire, a conservatory with wine cooler, and a study, The bedrooms consist of two king-size (zip/link) with en-suites, and a main bathroom. Outside there is a front patio with furniture and fire pit, a rear patio with furniture and barbecue, and a communal garden with lawn and gravelled areas. This is a smoke-free property. You'll find a shop in 0.4 miles, a pub in 0.6 miles, and the beach in 0.3 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Enjoy a break to Cornwall at Apartment 2, Monowai. Note: The property is accessed down a flight of stairs or lift. Note: There are steps to the exterior and leading down to the coastal path. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
