Anchors Rest is a ground-floor sea view apartment resting in Carbis Bay, Cornwall and can sleep four people in two bedrooms. The living areas in the all-ground-floor property include an open-plan living space with a kitchen equipped with an electric oven and grill, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher, a dining area with seating for four people, a sitting are with a 55" Smart TV, Netflix, PS4 and selection books and board games. The bedrooms consist of a super-king-size zip/link with an en-suite bathroom and a twin, along with a shower room. Highchair and travel cot are available. Outside, there is a sea-facing terrace with furniture, a communal garden with access to the South West Coast Path, and private, gated parking for one car. Within 0.4 miles, you will find a shop and the beach, and within 1.2 miles, a pub. Please note that this is a pet-free and non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Anchors Rest welcomes a family of four for a coastal escape in Cornwall. Note: Apartment is accessed from the car park via a lift or small set of stairs. Note: Check-in at 4.00pm, check-out by 9.00am.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
