Rose View is a wonderful lodge resting on the Newperran Holiday Park in Hendra Croft, Cornwall and can sleep four people in two bedrooms. The living areas in the property consist of an open-plan living area with a kitchen with gas oven and hob, microwave fridge/freezer, dishwasher and seating for four people and a sitting room with TV and electric fire. The bedrooms consist of a double with en-suite cloakroom and a twin, along with a shower room. Outside there is private decking with furniture and off-road parking. Within 0.9 miles, you will find a shop, and on-site you will find a pub and restaurant, and please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Pets are not permitted at this property. Guests have have free access to the on-site facilities which include an indoor swimming pool, children's play park, skate park, bar and restaurant. Rose View is a fabulous dwelling for exploring Cornwall with your loved ones. Bed linen and towels are provided.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
