Wingspan in Carbis Bay, Cornwall sleeps four guests in two bedrooms. Wingspan, a second-floor apartment, consists of an open-plan living space including a kitchen with electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker, and breakfast bar seating, a dining area, and a sitting area with Smart TV with Netflix, Sonos Bluetooth speaker, board games, and books. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with Smart TV and en-suite walk-in shower and king-size, serviced by a bathroom. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is a private balcony with furniture and sea views, a shared subtropical gardens, and private designated parking for one car, plus additional public car parking available nearby. Please note that this is a pet-free and smoke-free property. Your stay at Wingspan is sure to be a memorable one. Note: There are stone steps leading down from the communal, off-road parking area to the entrance of the apartment block, please take care.

Note: There are stone steps leading down from the communal, off-road parking area to the entrance of the apartment block, please take care. Wheelchair/pushchair is access available from the roadside communal door where the lift can be accessed.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
