Wingspan is a contemporary, second-floor penthouse apartment enjoying sea views in Carbis Bay, Cornwall and can sleep four people in two bedrooms. The living areas in the property consist of an open-plan living space with a kitchen hosting an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, a dining area with seating for eight people, and a sitting area with a telescope and Smart TV with Netflix, Sonos Bluetooth speaker, books, games, as well as a balcony, and a utility with a washer/dryer. The bedrooms consist of a super-king-size (zip/link, can be twin on request) and a king-size with a TV and en-suite shower room, along with a bathroom. Outside, the balcony has seating, shared gardens and there is an off-road designated parking space for one car. Within 0.3 miles, you will find a shop, within 1.1 miles, a pub, and within 0.3 miles, a beach. Please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the cost. For a coastal treat to remember, choose Winspan. Note: There are stone steps leading down from the communal, off-road parking area to the entrance of the apartment block, please take care. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
