Samphire in Carbis Bay, Cornwall sleeps four guests in two bedrooms.  The living areas in this duplex apartment consists of a first-floor open-plan living space with kitchen equipped with electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and washer/dryer, a dining area with seating for four guests and a sitting area with Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of a second-floor king-size with balcony and en-suite shower room and a first-floor twin, along with a first-floor bathroom. Outside there is designated parking for one car. Within 0.3 miles you will find a shop, within 0.2 miles, a pub and within 0.4 miles, a beach and please note that this is a pet-free and non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. A travel cot and highchair are also available on request. Samphire is a lovely base for your next Cornish escape. Note: This property is on the St Ives Road, traffic noise may be heard. Not: Access to the property is between the exterior wall and the main building wall; this measures 250cm at the narrowest point.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
