Laurellie is a remarkable penthouse apartment settled in Carbis Bay, Cornwall and can sleep four people in two bedrooms.  The living areas in the property consist of a kitchen with an oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher and seaward facing terrace balcony, a dining room with seating for four and a sitting room with a Smart TV and Sound Bar. The bedrooms consist of a king size bed and a twin, along with a bathroom and a shower room. Outside, there is off-road parking for 1 car and a seaward facing conservatory with furniture and large terrace balcony with furniture. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Pets and smoking are not permitted. There is a shop within 0.5 miles, a pub within 0.6 miles and a beach within 0.2 miles. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
