Godrevy View in Carbis Bay, Cornwall, sleeps four guests in two bedrooms. The living areas in the property consist of an open-plan living area with a kitchen with a double oven/grill, gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, coffee machine, dining seating for four people, and a sitting room with HD TV with full Sky package including Sports & Movies, a PlayStation 2 and a DVD player. The bedrooms consist of a king-size and a twin with LCD TV with Freeview and DVD player, along with a bathroom. Outside there is a seaward facing terrace and a rear decked terrace, both with furniture. Within 0.5 miles, you will find a shop, and within 0.7 miles, a pub, and please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Pets are not permitted. Please bring own bedding for the cot. Check-in is from 4pm, check-out by 10am. An escape to Cornwall is not complete without a stay at Godrevy View.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
