Fernhill Lodge in Carbis Bay, Cornwall, sleeps seven guests in three bedrooms.  The living areas in the reverse-level property consist of a first-floor, open-plan living area with a kitchen equipped with an electric oven, grill, induction hob, microwave, American fridge/freezer with ice maker, coffee machine, washer/dryer and dishwasher, a dining area with seating for six people, and a sitting area with a Smart TV with full Sky package including Sports & Movies, Sonos Arc 5.1 Surround Sound System with support for Airplay and Spotify Connect, DVD player with selection of DVDs, CD/MP3 Player with Radio and iPod dock and a PS4 with selection of games. The ground-floor bedrooms include a king-size with en-suite shower room, a king-size and a triple room, along with a ground-floor bathroom. Two cots, highchairs and one stairgate are provided, however guests are asked to bring their own cot bedding. Outside, there is a seaward facing balcony, a seaward facing garden with a terrace, furniture, hot tub and barbecue, and off-road parking for three cars with EV charging point. Within 0.2 miles, you will find a shop, within 0.4, a pub, and within 0.3, a beach. Please note that this is a pet-free and non-smoking property. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
