Beach Haven is a wonderful ground-floor apartment resting in Carbis Bay, Cornwall and can sleep four people in two bedrooms.  The living areas in the property consist of an open-plan living area with a kitchen with an oven/grill, 5 ring gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine, dining seating for four people, and a sitting room with 40" LCD television with Sky. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with 32" TV with Freeview and an en-suite shower room and a twin with 32" TV, along with a bathroom. Outside there is a seaward facing patio and a seaward facing communal garden with outside furniture, as well as off-road parking for one car. Within 0.3 miles, you will find a shop, and within 1 mile, a pub, , and please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Cot and highchair provided. Pets are not permitted at this property. Please bring your own linen for the cot. Check-in from 4pm, check-out by 10am. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
