60 Valley Lodge is a charming, detached lodge resting in Callington near Gunnislake and can sleep six guests in four bedrooms.  This reverse-level lodges consists of a first floor open-plan living space with a kitchen with electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge with ice box, washer/dryer, dishwasher and coffee machine, dining seating for 6, a living area with TV with Freeview and a balcony. The bedrooms are all ground-floor and consist of a king-size with Jack and Jill access to Jacuzzi bathroom, a twin bedroom, a single with a TV and another single bedroom. Outside there is a private decking area with furniture and off-road parking. WiFi, radio, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Two-well behaved pets and welcome but there is no smoking permitted at the property. Within 0.1 miles there is an on-site shop and pub. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
