Bluebell Retreat rests in Lostwithiel and can sleep six people in three bedrooms.  This duplex apartment is set over the first and second floor and consists of a kitchen with electric double oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, wine cooler, coffee maker, a dining area with Smart TV and a utility/cloakroom with washer/dryer. There is also a living/dining room with Smart TV and a balcony with furniture. The bedrooms consist of a super-king-size with an en-suite, a super-king-size and a twin bedroom, all with Smart TVs, along with a bathroom. Outside, there is off-road parking for two cars. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. There is a highchair, travel cot and stairgate available on request. This property allows two dogs but smoking is not permitted. Entertainment includes, a Bluetooth Speaker, DAB, CD sound system. Within 0.3 miles there is a shop and within 0.2 miles, a pub. Bluebell Retreat is a beautiful dwelling for a Cornish escape. Note: There are 16 steps up to the apartment, which is split between the first and second floors. The flat is next to a railway station, so there can be some noise there. No stag or hen parties, please.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
