Strawberry Bank - Pipistrelle in Pyworthy, sleeps six guests in three bedrooms. This home has a kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher, a utility with washing machine and a dog hair dryer, and ground floor shower room with shower, basin and WC. A living/dining room with Smart TV and woodburning stove. The bedrooms consist of a super-king-size (zip/link), a twin (zip/link) one which is a mezzanine, and the other has a Smart TV, and a ground-floor king-size (zip/link) with Smart TV, serviced by a ground-floor bathroom. Outside there is an enclosed front patio with furniture, barbecue, a hot dog shower, and a hot tub, and off-road parking for four cars. Two well-behaved dogs welcome (with a charge of £25 per week for the 2nd dog) but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Strawberry Bank - Pipistrelle is a wonderful base for a Devonshire escape. Note: There are some low hanging beams throughout the property. Note: Neither of the super-king-size bedrooms have doors on them. Note: There is a step down into the kitchen. Note: Guests can book the use of the shared sauna and gym.

Note: Neither of the super-king-size bedrooms are enclosed by doors: one is a mezzanine arrangement, the other is approached via a staircase. Note: There is a step down into the kitchen. Note: Guests can book the use of the sauna and gym.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
